Recovery-funded Point Breeze Homes for Sale

Looking to buy in Philadelphia? The Philadelphia Redevelopment Authority has put Federal Neighborhood Stabilization Fund dollars to good use, constructing approximately 40 homes in the up-and-coming Point Breeze neighborhood.

NSP funded the construction of 40 new homes in five developments in the Point Breeze neighborhood.  Homes are close to Center City and located near shopping on Point Breeze Avenue, Washington Avenue and Broad Street. All homes are Energy Star certified and include:

  • Central air;
  • Hardwood floors;
  • Energy-Star labeled appliances, lighting and HVAC systems;
  • Many homes include basements and fenced yards; and
  • 10-year tax abatement.

Thanks to Recovery funding, the Philadelphia Redevelopment Authority is giving would-be buyers a chance to purchase a home in an increasingly sought-after location.
